Whidbey Telecom is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customer's account information. You will need to create a Subscriber Verification Code (SVC) and backup Security Questions & Answers to access your account information via the telephone. Once you create your SVC and backup security Questions & Answers, we will be able to assist you with your telephone request(s). A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is needed to create or re-set a SVC and back-up Security Questions & Answers on your account. If you have already received a PIN from us, please follow the Site Instructions below. If you need a PIN assigned to you, please contact us so we may assist you through the process.
